Hello friends and runners (and runner friends)! It's the middle of the summer and we're all doing our best to survive it. I know plenty of us are ramping up in our training to get ready for whatever lies ahead. As we know, we have to work through the summer to kick butt in the fall. 🙂 Energy and hydration are always a part of what we need to worry about as endurance athletes, but never more than in the summertime.
