Calling all runners: My fellow BibRave Pros and I are starting up a Strava run streak for the month of May! My longest streak ever is just 9 days, so I’m looking forward to knocking that out of the park. The only requirement is that you get at least a mile in every day (even walking counts!).
If you haven’t signed up for Strava yet, I highly suggest that you do. I posted my thoughts on Strava last month (see here, if you want to). It’s really a great place to track your activities and has a great social aspect as well. It’s fun to receive kudos from friends you know and from strangers around the globe.
Joining a club can be pretty motivating too. It’s great to have a little accountability and a “team” mentality. We have to keep the streak alive! 🙂

Step 4: Get to streaking!
